Our role is design management. In that role, we design instrumental and applicable processes and methods for specifically  developing the subsurface dam scheme that can incorporate into the core competencies of our business and our client.

As a design management company, we aim to coordinate related stakeholders and external suppliers including consultants, contractors, and research organisation to match their services and products with our needs to develop our project and finally to operate the completed scheme for our client.  The below figure illustrates our working model to progressing the subsurface dam scheme.
